Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2, 2026
1. Who we are
Kamoop 1.0 (the "Service") is operated by Aurvault Nexus Inc. ("Aurvault", "we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Authority and eligibility
You represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and, if using the Service on behalf of an organization, that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
3. What the Service does
Kamoop analyzes workflow descriptions and produces diagnostic reports that identify potential AI insertion points, including named tool recommendations, voice-to-SOP transcription, and PDF export of analyses.
4. Account and credentials
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing activity.
- Attempt to probe, scan, scrape, or interfere with the Service's security or availability.
- Distribute malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service or its outputs except as expressly permitted.
6. AI outputs and responsible use
Kamoop is a generative AI product. You are responsible for the prompts and workflow content you submit, for verifying the accuracy of any output, and for having the rights to any input material you upload. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not a substitute for professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise). Do not use Kamoop to generate illegal content, deepfakes, harassment, hate speech, malware, or content that infringes third-party rights or bypasses safety controls.
We reserve the right to remove content, filter outputs, or suspend accounts that violate these rules. If you believe an output infringes your rights, contact us at the address in Section 15 and we will act on valid takedown requests; repeat infringement will result in termination.
7. Intellectual property
Aurvault Nexus Inc. retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, models, documentation, and branding. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service under your paid plan. You retain ownership of the workflow content you submit; you grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service.
8. Fees, subscriptions, and payment
Kamoop Pro is offered on a recurring subscription. Prices, billing cycles, trial length, taxes, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled beforehand.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
9. Service level
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will meet your requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurvault Nexus Inc.'s aggregate liability under these terms will not exceed the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such exclusion is not permitted by law.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal. On termination, access to premium features ends at the end of the current paid period, and we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period unless we are required to retain it by law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Aurvault Nexus Inc. against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alberta, unless required otherwise by mandatory local law.
14. Changes and assignment
We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
