Refund Policy

Kamoop 1.0 is offered by Aurvault Nexus Inc. and includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the charge date, no questions asked.

Free trial

Kamoop Pro starts with a 21-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends you are not charged, so no refund is required. Renewals after the trial are covered by the 30-day guarantee above.

How to request a refund

1. Email karenpoko@aurvaultnexusinc.com from the email address used at checkout, including the date of your charge.
2. We'll confirm and issue the refund through Stripe within 2 business days.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

After a refund

When a refund is issued, your subscription is canceled and access to premium features ends. You may re-subscribe at any time from the pricing page.
