Kamoop 1.0 is offered by Aurvault Nexus Inc. and includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the charge date, no questions asked.
Free trial
Kamoop Pro starts with a 21-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends you are not charged, so no refund is required. Renewals after the trial are covered by the 30-day guarantee above.
How to request a refund
- Visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email address used at checkout.
- Select the order and choose "Request a refund".
- Alternatively, email karenpoko@aurvaultnexusinc.com with your order ID and we will forward the request to Paddle.
Who processes refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles refunds on our behalf. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 3–10 business days depending on your bank.
After a refund
When a refund is issued, your subscription is canceled and access to premium features ends. You may re-subscribe at any time from the pricing page.
