Organizational AI transformation — AI adoption and AI literacy

AI transformation for you and your organization

From AI adoption to AI literacy. Describe how your team works today — paste it, upload a document, or talk it through — and Kamoop works alongside you to build one clear plan: the steps to automate first, what your team needs to learn, where your SOPs overlap, and the right tools for each step, screened for security and compliance. Adoption is human work too, so when strain shows up you can opt in to a short, science-based mindset reset that supports the team carrying the load.

Your AI transformation starts here

One workflow becomes an AI plan — AI adoption and AI literacy, with every tool screened for security and compliance. Built with you, with you in the lead — and Kamoop monitors for strain in the work, offering a short, science-based reset when it helps.

Start with one workflow. Add more over time and Kamoop flags overlap across them.

Automate the right steps

Kamoop identifies admin overhead, rework, and duplicated steps, then estimates the hours and dollars each change can save. You choose where to act.

Build AI literacy

Every recommendation arrives in plain language, with the reasoning, the named owner, and a step-by-step guide we walk through together — so your team learns how to run it, beyond what to buy.

Pick the right tool

Precise tool recommendations per step — and register the tools you already use in Settings so Kamoop recommends software your team is already licensed for and confident using. Every tool is screened for security and compliance first, with the frameworks it meets shown on each recommendation.

Questions about Kamoop

What does Kamoop actually do for me?

Describe how your team currently runs a workflow, and Kamoop returns a structured analysis: which steps to automate with AI first, why those steps offer the greatest time savings, and the specific tools to use. You can share the plan with your team, export it as a PDF or DOCX, and open a detailed implementation guide for any recommendation.

How do I get started?

Paste, upload, or record your workflow on the homepage, then run the analysis. No setup is required to begin the three-week free trial.

What formats can I upload?

Paste plain text, or upload PDF, DOCX, TXT, MD, or CSV files containing up to several thousand steps. You can also record audio directly in your browser and Kamoop will transcribe it into a clean SOP you can edit before analyzing.

Can Kamoop recommend the tools we already use?

Yes. Add the tools your team already relies on in Settings, and Kamoop recommends them wherever they fit the workflow, alongside deep dives showing how to apply them at each insertion point.

What does an analysis contain?

An executive summary, a ranked list of the highest-leverage places to introduce AI, the reason each step is a bottleneck or drain, how the day changes once it's handled differently, and two to four recommended tools per step — spanning workflow automation, decision support, and, where relevant, wellbeing and focus tools.

What is a deep dive?

For any recommended tool on any step, select Deep Dive to open a hands-on implementation guide: how to sign up, how to configure it, exactly what to paste or connect, the guardrails to watch for, and how to confirm it's working.

Can I share a report with my team?

Yes. Every completed analysis includes a Share option that generates a public, read-only link — no sign-in required for viewers. You can set an expiration date and revoke the link at any time. Reports can also be exported as a polished PDF or DOCX.

What's the email digest?

A recurring briefing on your workflows and saved deep dives, delivered automatically as a PDF to the address you confirm in Settings. Choose weekly, biweekly, monthly, or quarterly. Every digest includes a link to adjust the cadence or unsubscribe.

How much does Kamoop cost?

$7 CAD per month for platform access, plus $149 CAD per completed workflow analysis. The monthly fee is charged to your card; analysis fees are charged to the same card once a quarter, with a receipt emailed to you. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — a three-week free trial, with no credit card required to begin. After the trial your card is charged $7 CAD monthly until you cancel.

Can I cancel, and are refunds available?

You can cancel at any time from Manage Subscription, and a 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your subscription.

Is my workflow data secure?

Your workflows are stored privately against your account with row-level access controls, and are only visible to others through share links you create and can revoke.

Does Kamoop support the human side of the workload?

Yes. When an analysis picks up signals of strain — overwhelm, stress, burnout, chronic procrastination, or perfectionism that stalls the work — Kamoop offers to add a mindset reset to the report. It is entirely opt-in: nothing appears unless you ask for it.

What is a mindset reset?

A short, practical productivity pause: two stress-buster tips you can try in a few minutes, drawn from science-based techniques real therapists use. Each one can be saved to your workflow library or pinned into the report, and the pair refreshes each time, so you see a fresh suggestion every visit.

Is this therapy or medical advice?

No. Mindset resets are self-management tips for workload strain — they are no substitute for therapy, diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice from a qualified professional. If you are struggling or in crisis, please contact a licensed provider or your local crisis line.

Do the wellbeing tool recommendations come with the same rigour?

Yes. Wellness and human-load tools are held to the same bar as every other recommendation: they are checked against the compliance protocols they meet, screened for bias and accessibility, and only suggested where a step genuinely carries context switching, meeting overload, or decision fatigue.
